1.1. This Creator Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the operator of the Healthy app — GMD Media FZE LLC (the "Operator", "we") — and a User who creates and publishes user content and participates in monetization programs (the "Creator", "you").
1.2. This Agreement is a supplement to the Terms of Use. To the extent not regulated by this Agreement, the provisions of the Terms of Use apply. By beginning to receive monetization, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement.
1.3. A person with legal capacity who has reached the age allowed by the laws of their country and has passed the necessary verification may become a Creator.
2.1. "Creator" means a User who publishes user content (reels, stories, posts, texts, images, audio, and other materials; the "Content") for the purpose of displaying it to other users and receiving monetization.
2.2. The Creator independently creates and publishes Content and bears full responsibility for it, including compliance with copyright, related rights, trademark rights, and personal moral rights, as well as applicable law. The Operator acts as an information intermediary and is not the author of the Content.
2.3. The Creator warrants that they hold all rights to the published Content and undertakes not to post prohibited content listed in clause 3.4 of the Terms of Use (violence, pornography, incitement to hatred, misinformation, promotion of illegal activity, spam, malicious code, etc.).
3.1. The application uses two internal accounting units:
(a) "Coins" — a digital item that users purchase from the Operator and spend exclusively within the application on gifts to creators, paid content, paid live streams and subscriptions. Coins cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn or refunded (except where expressly required by law or app store rules) and cannot be transferred between users other than by being spent in the application;
(b) "Diamonds" — the Operator's internal unit of account that reflects the amount of remuneration owed to the Creator.
3.2. When a user sends a gift (donation) to a Creator or pays for their content, the user spends Coins and receives the corresponding service from the Operator. No user funds are transferred to the Creator. For each such transaction, the Operator credits the Creator with Diamonds equal to the number of Coins spent (1:1).
3.3. Diamonds are not money, electronic money, a means of payment, a security or a virtual asset, have no independent value, cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred to any other person, and are used solely to calculate the Creator's remuneration.
3.4. Remuneration is calculated at the rate of 1 Diamond = USD 0.10 (before the service fee). In the payout web service, accumulated remuneration is displayed in US dollars at this rate. The Operator may change the rate by notifying Creators at least 14 days in advance; a change does not affect Diamonds already credited.
4.1. The Operator pays the Creator remuneration for providing Content out of the Operator's own funds, in the amount calculated from the number of Diamonds credited under clause 3.4. The payment is the Operator's performance of its obligation under this Agreement and is not an exchange, a transfer of users' funds, or a purchase of digital goods or services within the application. Payouts are requested EXCLUSIVELY OUTSIDE the application — through the Operator's external web service.
4.2. Payouts are processed by a third-party licensed payment provider (MCPay / MediaCube or another provider chosen by the Operator). The Operator does not store the Creator's payment details itself — they are processed by the payment provider.
4.3. To receive payouts, the Creator must complete identity verification (the KYC procedure) with the payment provider and accept its terms. Until verification is complete, no payouts are made.
4.4. The Operator retains a service fee of 50% (fifty percent) of the remuneration calculated under clause 3.4 (net payout — USD 0.05 per 1 Diamond). The specific fee and the final amount are displayed before the payout is confirmed; the fee may be changed by the Operator with prior notice.
4.5. The minimum payout is USD 100 of remuneration before the service fee (1,000 Diamonds), or the equivalent in the payout currency. Requests for a smaller amount are not processed until the required balance has accumulated.
4.6. Payout processing times are determined by the payment provider. The Operator is not liable for delays occurring on the side of the provider, a bank, or due to the Creator providing incorrect payment details.
4.7. The Creator acts independently and is not an employee, agent or representative of the Operator.
5.1. The Creator bears sole responsibility for calculating, declaring, and paying taxes, duties, and other mandatory payments on the reward received in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
5.2. The Operator and the payment provider may request tax information and documents from the Creator where required by applicable law, and withhold amounts provided for by law.
6.1. The Operator may suspend, delay, or cancel the crediting and/or withdrawal of funds, and block the relevant balance, in the event of: suspected fraud, artificial inflation, or use of stolen payment instruments; substantiated complaints about Content or infringement of third-party rights; the Creator's breach of this Agreement or the Terms of Use; or requirements of the payment provider or the law.
6.2. Upon detecting fraudulent or bad-faith transactions, the Operator may cancel the corresponding Diamond credits and return the disputed funds.
7.1. Monetization does not apply to prohibited content. Posting prohibited content results in denial of payouts, cancellation of credits, and blocking.
7.2. Any schemes for artificially inflating gifts (donations), self-donations for the purpose of withdrawing funds in circumvention of the rules, and other bad-faith actions are prohibited.
8.1. The Creator may cease participation in monetization at any time. The Operator may exclude the Creator from monetization programs in the event of a breach of the terms.
8.2. Upon cessation of participation, funds that were previously correctly earned and not disputed are subject to withdrawal, taking into account the minimum threshold and after completing verification.

9.2. The Operator may amend this Agreement; continued participation in monetization after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
By participating in monetization programs, you confirm your acceptance of this Creator Agreement.
